Returns, Exchanges & Delivery Timeline

We do not offer exchanges or returns, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective from our end.

Customers are requested to carefully review product colour, size, and dimensions before placing an order, as no exchanges or returns are accepted for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

 

Partial COD (Advance Payment) Policy

  • We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD), where 20% of the order value must be paid in advance to confirm the order.
  • The remaining balance amount is payable at the time of delivery.
  • Orders placed using Partial COD are treated as confirmed orders.

Shipping Timeline (Normal Delivery)

  • All prepaid and Partial COD orders are processed after order confirmation.
  • Delivery is completed within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid and Partial COD orders.

Refund & Return Conditions

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable if the product is received damaged or defective from our end.
  • Any defect or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup for the defective product.
  • Return pickup usually takes 3–4 business days.
  • After inspection, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Return pickup charges will be borne by us for approved defective items.

⚠️ No refunds or returns will be provided for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, size mismatch, or incorrect measurements selected by the customer.

Promotional Events

  • Promotional pricing is valid until stocks last.
  • Products purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
  • Discount codes and offers may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders placed using Partial COD or prepaid methods cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • In case a product is out of stock, the order may be cancelled from our end and a refund will be issued within 7 business days for prepaid or Partial COD orders.
